Where do we store your Personal Data

Your Personal Data is stored on our application server (if received via the contact form) respectively on our email server (if received via email).

Your IP address is stored on our application server. Google Analytics, Adobe Fonts and process your IP address but do not store it.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and only to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve potential disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Google analytics:

For EU-based traffic, your IP-address data is used solely for geo-location data derivation before being immediately discarded. It is not logged, accessible, or used for any additional use cases. Source:

While the Fonts service Adobe Fonts receives IP-address so that it knows where to deliver the font, it does not store it. Source:

Transfer of Personal Data to other jurisdictions

If we process data in a third country or do so in the context of using third-party services or disclosing or transferring data to third parties, this will only be done if it is done to fulfil our contractual obligations, on the basis of your consent, due to a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Subject to legal or contractual permissions, we only process data or have data processed in a third country if the processing is carried out on the basis of special guarantees, such as the officially recognized determination of a level of data protection corresponding to that of the EU (e.g., for the USA through the "Privacy Shield") or compliance with officially recognized special contractual obligations (so-called "standard contractual clauses").

Purpose of processing

We use the Personal Data which we collect from you via our contact form, or via emails sent to, in order to provide you with additional information about our products and services. 

We use the Personal Data which we collect from you via emails sent to in order to process your job application to one of the open positions we announce on our website. 

Data security

We restrict access to Personal Data about you to those Move Digital employees, contractors or agents who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your Personal Data, including firewalls, individual passwords and encryption and authentication technology.

We do not use your Personal Data for any purposes other than as set out above. We do not disclose Personal Data to any third parties, except if we are required to do so under the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.

Security of Data Transfers

We take the protection of personal data into account during the development or selection of hardware, software and processes, in accordance with the principle of privacy by design / by default.  The security measures include in particular the encrypted transmission (SSL) of data between your browser and our server.
