DevOps Engineer (Full-time)

As a DevOps Engineer in our team you will experience first-hand the dynamic, fast-moving world of a growing fintech company. In this position, you will use your technical expertise to extend and continuously improve our technology stack.


  • Taking active part in the production problem root cause investigation, identification, and resolution (where necessary)
  • Maintaining, improving and troubleshooting our core systems used by several teams, some of those are Loki, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, GithubActions, Terraform, AWS (API Gateway, SQS, Lambda, RDS, EC2, S3), DocumentDB, RabbitMQ, ArangoDB, Grafana, Prometheus, Hashicorp Vault, k8s, HAProxy, etc.
  • Preventive monitoring
  • Iteratively improving monitoring & alerting
  • Reducing or eliminating manual/repetitive tasks through automation
  • Improving the resilience and reliability of the systems to reduce or eliminate manual intervention on service recovery
  • Design, develop and/or implement tools that will help the team(s) to perform their work more efficiently
  • Contributing to planning and development of our technological stack 

Your profile

  • Familiarity with SRE and DevOps methodologies
  • Advanced Linux systems administration & Networking knowledge
  • Experience on configuration management tools like Ansible
  • Ability to debug and optimize code on at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Golang, Java, Bash
  • Familiarity with CD/CI pipelines comprising Jenkins, Git, GithubActions, Docker Artifactory, Ansible, and more
  • Technical experience in managing a highly available and highly scalable private cloud environment (e.g. AWS, OpenStack, Azure)
  • Hands-on knowledge of container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Openshift)Ability to interact effectively with other functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, common sense and a passion for the art of debugging and problem-solving.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
